1. Age Policy
Entry is not permitted for those under 18 years of age.
The establishment reserves the right to request identification upon arrival.
2. Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed through the My Table app after payment of the booking fee.
Any reservation that has not been paid for is considered unconfirmed.
3. Booking Fees
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The booking fee will be deducted from the customer's total bill upon arrival at the restaurant.
In the event of a no-show, the fee will be forfeited.
4. Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule their reservation up to 4 hours in advance.
After 4 hours have passed since the scheduled time, rescheduling is not permitted, and the full fee will be charged.
Customers may reschedule their reservation only once to ensure fairness in booking management.
5. Waiting Time
Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
6. Number of Guests
The number of guests specified in the reservation must be adhered to.
If the number exceeds this limit, an alternative table will be provided if available; otherwise, the guest will be declined.
7. Seating Time
The seating time per table is two hours, which may be extended if tables are available and there are no subsequent reservations.
8. Minimum Order (if applicable)
If there is a minimum order requirement, the customer will be notified in advance via the app or upon arrival.
9. Establishment Instructions
Outdoor food and beverages are not permitted.
Please adhere to staff instructions and safety and security policies.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not comply with these regulations.
10. Shisha Policy
Shisha service is subject to table availability and municipal regulations.
Shisha service may be unavailable if the section is full.
11. Privacy
Customer data is used solely for reservation management purposes and is not shared with any other party.
