Reservation Policy — Please note that the reservation is on the ground floor.
No-show:
The reservation will be held for 15 minutes. If the guest is late for their scheduled time, the full amount paid will be forfeited, and they will not be allowed to enter or request compensation. Please be punctual, as this policy is final and clearly stated.
Refund:
You can modify your reservation within 2 hours of booking. After that, it will be considered confirmed. For cancellations, please contact the restaurant directly to request a refund..
Payment:
- The reservation paid amount will be deducted from the final bill.
- A deposit is required for children aged 7 years and above. Children under the age of 7 are not required to pay a deposit.
Dress Code and Conduct Policy:
Wearing shorts or sportswear is not allowed inside the premises. Please dress appropriately.
Kids:
Parents are required to supervise their children and ensure they do not cause disturbances or chaos. Children are the full responsibility of their guardians.
MyTable App Policy:
A booking service fee of SAR 5 per person is applied. This fee is separate from the reservation amount and is not included in the restaurant bill.
