Lazy Koala At Lazy Koala, every detail is considered with care — from the ingredients on the plate to the rhythm of the dining room. To preserve the integrity of the experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines prior to your visit. ⸻ The Dining Experience We believe a complete dining experience begins with a main course and unfolds through thoughtful pairings of beverages and dessert. For this reason: • Seating is reserved exclusively for guests enjoying a full dining experience, including main dishes from our menu. • Coffee and desserts are available at the bar or for takeaway. • Lazy Koala is conceived as a restaurant experience, not a café setting. ⸻ Reservation & Arrival • Reservations are managed via MyTable • Tables are held for 15 minutes beyond the reserved time. • Late arrival or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit, without compensation. ⸻ Reservation Modifications & Cancellations • Any modification or cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the reservation time. • Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. ⸻ Deposits & Service Fees • Reservation deposits are deducted from the final bill only when guests arrive on time. • The deposit applies strictly to the number of guests confirmed at booking. • A SAR 5 service fee per person is charged by the MyTable platform and is separate from the restaurant bill. ⸻ Dining Hours • Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM • Lunch and dinner are served from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM ⸻ Table Duration • Table allocation is limited to two hours, beginning from the time of seating. • During busy periods, adherence to this duration allows us to welcome all guests fairly. ⸻ Children • Children are welcome under full parental supervision. • Any child requiring a chair is considered part of the reservation and requires a deposit. • High chairs are exempt from the deposit requirement. • Please indicate the presence of children at the time of booking. ⸻ Dress Etiquette To maintain the atmosphere of the dining room, guests are kindly asked to observe general dress etiquette. Sportswear and shorts are not permitted. ⸻ House Courtesy • Outside food or beverages are not permitted. • Smoking is prohibited within the premises. ⸻ Photography • Personal photography of dishes and the space is welcome. • Kindly refrain from photographing other guests or private areas. • Commercial photography requires prior approval from management. ⸻ Dietary Considerations We kindly ask guests to inform our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to ensure proper care. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding and respect for the experience we have thoughtfully created.
