Event Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms: • Purchasing a ticket constitutes express acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. 2. Table Reservation Duration: • The seating or reservation duration for each customer is 115 minutes, starting from the specified reservation time. 3. Punctuality: • Customers must arrive at the time specified in their reservation. • If a customer is 10 minutes late, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation or reschedule entry, subject to availability. 4. Reservation Extension: • If a customer wishes to extend their reservation, this will be considered subject to table availability. • If a table is booked after the specified time, the customer will be moved to another table and issued a new reservation number. 5. Ticket Purchase: • Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or service charges as determined by the organizer or the distributing platform. 6. Refund Policy: • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason after purchase. 7. Event Changes or Cancellations: • The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the event date or schedule, or to cancel the event altogether as necessary. • In the event of a complete cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued according to the approved refund policy. 8. Ticket Transfers: • Tickets are personal and non-transferable. 9. Entry Requirements: • Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other requirements set by the organizer. • Attendees are required to present their ticket or proof of purchase upon entry. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited. 10. Code of Conduct: • All attendees are required to behave appropriately and follow the instructions of the organizers. • The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual exhibiting offensive behavior or disrupting public order without compensation. Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas. 11. Liability and Disclaimer: • All visitors attend at their own risk. The organizer accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event. 12. Lost or Stolen Tickets: • The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after issuance. 13. Force Majeure: • The organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of circumstances beyond its control (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or emergencies) that affect the holding of the event. • In such cases, the organizer will take appropriate action and contact attendees. 14. Compliance with Laws: • All attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom and while present at the event venue. • By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge reading and fully agreeing to these terms and conditions. 15. Re-entry: • Upon leaving the event venue, attendees are not permitted to re-enter using the same ticket. 16. Age Group: • Children under 6 years of age are admitted free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
