Payment must be made at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds are only available for bookings canceled within the specified time frame. Use of Facilities: Please follow the reserved time and do not exceed the allocated duration. The facilities are only for individuals registered in the reservation. Food and beverages are allowed inside the courts. Safety and Respect: Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities and respect others' privacy. Inappropriate behavior or actions that disrupt the center’s order are prohibited. Please use the sports equipment correctly to avoid accidents. Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the facilities or equipment. The center is not responsible for lost items, so please ensure all personal belongings are secured before leaving.
